COST & PAYMENT
Please note conference cost does NOT include overnight accommodation, which must be booked directly with the hotel (see below).

Full Conference: £20 per person (Early Bird price until 11th July. £25 after that)
Includes: All sessions on Friday & Saturday; Friday dinner; refreshments throughout

Friday Only: £15 per person
Includes: All sessions on Friday; Friday dinner; refreshments

Saturday Only: £10 per person
Includes: All sessions on Saturday; refreshments

Payment is taken by card at the time of registration.

ACCOMMODATION
Please book your own accommodation for the Friday night. We strongly recommend booking a room at the Premier Inn Oxford Botley, which is located right next to the church.

MEALS & REFRESHMENTS
There will be a fellowship dinner on Friday (included in the cost) but we will not be providing lunch on Saturday. There are plenty of options for food in the immediate vicinity of the church.

Refreshments will be available free of charge throughout the conference. This will include tea, coffee, cold drinks, biscuits and pastries.
